Dr. Bari Sabety is a pelvic health physical therapist and the founder of Core & Floor PT. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Florida International University (FIU) and is originally from New York.
Dr. Sabety has completed multiple advanced certifications in pelvic health and has received over 8 months of specialized mentorship and training from experienced pelvic floor physical therapists. She has experience working in both hospital-based settings and outpatient private practices, treating a wide range of pelvic health conditions including pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, core dysfunction, and bladder or bowel concerns.
Through one-on-one, hour-long sessions, Dr. Sabety focuses on individualized care that helps patients restore strength, improve function, and feel confident in their bodies again. Her goal is to create a supportive, comfortable environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their recovery.
